Expensive Way to Destroy a Sony’s Bravia 46” LCD TV

What the Aussie is thinking about?! Apparently, this video is not suitable for gadget geeks with a weak heart. Sony Australia was having this crash test, just like the car crash test we have seen on internet. This time was a 3.2kg PS3 projected at the speed of 80km/h towards a 46 inch LCD TV.

The moment the PS3 smashed onto the Bravia LCD TV, I saw the water ripples and thought was special computer graphic effects for this commercial. But obviously it wasn’t, we just lost a 46” LCD TV. Not sure the PS3 manage to survive or not, because it seems like the PS3 has a fit casing.

It was actually a promotion campaign by Sony Australia which is giving away 25,000 PS3 with every Bravia LCD TV until this coming Christmas.
