Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits
After sending my RMA hard drive to Seagate’s Changi warehouse, I went down to Changi Airport Terminal 3 to have my lunch. It’s Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits. Their chickens were more juicy and tender than KFC.
I just wish they have new branch in the North.
