By Jiasen Low On February 3, 2012No CommentsLike what most of the iPhone users have faced, the battery woes didn’t get fixed on iOS5.0.1. It is common to have iPhone being charged at least once a day.
At some point, I’m considering to get a battery case, instead of trying to squeeze little more power juice out of my iPhone by disabling 90% of the push notifications. I also give up that thoughts of getting some unknown China brand battery case, after aware of the China built quality.
Thanks to Amazon, here the Top 6 battery casings that worth to get.
6. Incipio iPhone 4/4S offGRID Backup Battery Case – USD39 (after 44% off)

Among most the of the battery case, this is the thinnest and the lightest one. It weights only 2 ounces and with only 9.6mm thickness. It is almost 5 – 8mm thinner than most of the battery case in the market.
What others say about it:
The Incipio Offgrid caught my eye because of how thin it is… for $45 I think its a steal… retail at $70. This case is just wonderful, battery charges my phone from 10% to about 75% which is great for only $45. It has a sleek design which i like. I bought this for my verizon iPhone 4, the edges are very close by the ringer switch but it does not interfere at all. headphone jack is recessed a lot ,but doesn’t bother me, my bose headphone fit the jack, and i bought a thin 3.5 M-M audio cable from scoshe, which does not fit btw, so i ordered an adapter. This case is great over all, definitely recommend!!

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 17 – Actress Pamela Anderson joined an animal rights campaign against fast-food chain KFC Thursday, urging a consumer boycott of the franchise until it ensures better treatment of its chickens.
“IF PEOPLE KNEW how KFC treats chickens, they’d never eat another drumstick,” the Canadian-born former “Baywatch” beauty wrote in an open letter circulated by the group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
“What KFC does to 750 million chickens each year is not civilized or acceptable,” she wrote. “I am calling for a boycott of all KFC restaurants until my friends at PETA tell me that you have agreed to be kinder in your practices.”

Two major scientific research centres said on Wednesday they had set a new world speed record for sending data across the Internet, equivalent to transferring a full-length DVD film in seven seconds.
The European Organisation for Nuclear Research, CERN, said the feat, doubling the previous top speed, was achieved in a nearly 30-minute transmission over 7,000 kms of network between Geneva and a partner body in California.
CERN, whose laboratories straddle the Franco-Swiss border near Geneva, said it had sent 1.1 Terabytes of data at 5.44 gigabits a second (Gbps) to a lab at the California Institute of Technology, or Caltech, on October 1.
This is more than 20,000 times faster than a typical home broadband connection, and is also equivalent to transferring a 60-minute compact disc within one second — an operation that takes around eight minutes on standard broadband.
wow! sending dvd film in 7 sec. i love it! when will it come to here?
