MSN Messenger & Yahoo messenger join

Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc. are expected to announce Wednesday interoperability between each other’s instant messaging service, a move that could dramatically change a market that’s been dominated by America Online Inc., a newspaper reported.

I then can add yahoo users to my msn! Msn messenger now also double the contact list limit again from 300 to 600! but…. I don’t think I have any yahoo friends… :hmm1_ee:

AOL’s instant-messaging product, AIM, had some 51.5 million unique U.S. users in September, compared to about 27.3 million for the competing MSN Messenger and 21.9 million for Yahoo’s Messenger, according to Nielsen/NetRatings.

I really dislike AOL! Really don’t know how come they still have so many users?!
