On TechCrunch saw this review about Motionbox, but went to their official web site, they are not ready yet to reveal more about the new excitement this video sharing services can bring to us. Some of the new features where those existing video sharing web sites have not brought to us, for example:

Store the original file you download. You can re download the same file in a later time or let the public or friends only to download the original video file.
Transcode video files to Flash
Perches DVDs of the video files you want
Web based video editing. Motion Box breaks down the video to frames and allows basic editing.
Deep Tagging. You can tag sections of a long video like chapters in DVDs
