AXS DBS Credit Card Giro Application in 3 Steps

Few days DBS informed me that I could pay my credit card with GIRO. This would be great since I don’t need to worry of any fee imposed on late payment anymore. The GIRO application process needs to go through AXS machine.

I at first thought the whole process is going to be simple. I was wrong, because I lost myself in front of the screen with the overcrowded buttons. Finally minutes later after clicking here and there, I found it, it just at the side button. I must be damn blind. Luckily, no one was queuing behind me waiting to make their bill payment, or else they surely curse me like hell thinking I was playing around with the machine.

Most of the time, I could see long queue at AXS machine, I guess one or two people surely has lost their way finding the function they want too. The guy designing the AXS software interface surely need to improve it at least include a search function. Just like iPhone also have search function!
