在Gizmodo上看到中国手机设计抄袭的报道，在此之前，从没听说过天时达（Telsda）这个牌子。只能说，真的抄到太离谱了，几乎是100%相似度。在中国知识产权并不重视，想告也可能告不成。

在公司简介看到这段话：

天时达公司与世界著名的电讯公司（如：MOTOROLA、TOSHIBA、LUCCENT等）始终保持紧密的合作关系

我就不相信你的合作伙伴真的这样仁慈让你抄袭全部的产品。
