News Ticker

网站原本的random quote无缘无故坏了，自己也没动什么。才几行code而已，也会自己出状况。懒得去侦查错误，结果干脆用新的news ticker来取代。放个news ticker，至少在上网的时候也能知道外面的时事，不然还真的与世隔绝。

有点子想推出免费网上服务，顺便挑战自己的programming功力。现在没时间， 等毕业后再搞搞看。
