Firefox 1.0.5

Just updated firefox 1.0.5. This version addresses nine security bugs while also incorporating stability improvements. The plugin and skins used in 1.0.4 are still continue supported in this new version.

Meanwhile the same time, Microsoft also released 3 critical windows patch

The updates aim to fix a vulnerability found in the Color Management Module of Windows that could allow remote code execution (MS05-036)

A security bug in JView Profiler (MS05-037) that might be used to crash Internet Explorer and inject hostile code.

Lastly, is a vulnerability in several Microsoft Word versions involving font parsing that could also be used as a conduit to smuggle malicious code onto vulnerable systems (MS05-035).

Apple is also doing their security update for OS X 10.4.2.
