RSS 2.0Some might find their p2p quite slow after installing xp sp2. It’s because microsoft put a limit on the tcp connection attempts. In previous sp1, it is unlimited, but in sp2 it is limit down to 10 connections per seconds. They said it’s for the own good of users, so the internet worm wont spread so fast. What reason is tat?! So each seconds, you only can make 10 connections only. :graysad:

Event ID 4226 Patcher v2.11 - A patching program for removing or changing the limit imposed on connection attempts in SP2. The patcher has the ability to restore tcpip.sys back to the original… Still, you might want to back up tcpip.sys, use it at your own risk.
