I gained back my online speed, but i think they controlled the speed of other ports, less than 6kb/s. That’s why my download from ftp quite slow, my icq file transfer quite slow, my war3 so laggy. AH ~! i hate u, this made me feel like i was in m’sia, fed up wif the online speed.
