finally recess week. but after 7 weeks the final exam also coming :’(. Better study more to improve my soil and structural.

what’s wasabi? my new harddisk name, i named it wasabi. and ya, i’m back to share my files.

This morning really so buzy finding the ans from the lecture notes. Although only 20 mcq qns, but the ans seem all alike. Really no idea, leave it all to my intuition to make the choice.

Bought myself a 80GB harddisk. I now broke again, no money :(. i think still need a 512 mb ram, dont know why recently my pc run quite slow…..

It’s not a bad program, wif good intention to combine all the instant messengers(IM) to a single program. Support icq, msn, yahoo!, aim and irc. I actually quite dislike the interface of trillian .74 version, lucky the trillian pro version is much more better. Of coz the pro version isn’t free, but i got mine free from net.

It’s convenient to have 1 IM running on your desktop instead of 3 or 4. Although the functions not so advanced as those original IM but it has done their best to compatible with other IM. It’s not so good in supporting chinese and japanese characters like the msn. So weird characters keep appearing, unless you run the njstar, then the problem is solved.

To share or not to share? Friends are still asking when will my server be back. I had stopped sharing about 1 year, but they dint seem to forget me.

Actually setting up a server on own pc quite troublesome. Not only sharing those files, let the pc on for 24 hrs, also need to share other resources, like the memory. My harddisk was spoilt last time due to the great amount of tasks added on the harddisk. Luckily wif the warranty, i got a new one back but the data all were lost. My 512 MB ram of memory often dropped to 0 MB during the last sem sharing. My pc was quite slow and lag at tat time.

I’m now figuring whether the new windows server 2003 is better than xp. And whether bandwidth limitation setting on the ftp will help to reduce the usage of memory and harddisk. If there is a way not using a lot of my pc resouces, i’m willing to share again.

I not sure whether i did it rite or not, becoz it is too simple! Either i too brilliant or i dint even notice the stupid mistake i’d made. Haha… but this dint happen to my friends. They took another set of qn. The lecturer purposely prepared 6 different set of qn paper. I think i took the easiest one. LOL……

Now so relax, dont even wanna bother the thursday infra MCQ quiz.

Tmr quiz yet i haven’t started anything. Stayed overnite at old tee house saw how Giggs amazingly missed an open goal, saw how arsenal 2-0 won man utd.

Just finished watching Gangs of New York. My friends always blamed me for having a different taste from them. Good movies as they thought, i said bad; bad movies, they thought, i said fine. Haha. Can’t blame me, there must be some bad points in good movies and good points in bad movies. I just provided a neutral opinion. They dont understand me, they are still young to understand the mind of a great thinker :mtgreen:.( wtf am i talking? i’ve no idee too)

Back to this movies. Long story about 3 hrs, seem quite ok to me. But my friends will definitely hate this movie, it is not so entertaining, more like a history art film. It described the 1850’s of the New York city, everything quite detail. The characters of each actors quite unique and clear.
